It is great stay in this hotel. staff is perfect, Mrs. Nancy there are willing to give you the answer for any questions you want. I book Halong bay one day with her, it can be said cheapest in my group and it is fantastic. The room is good with the price I paid, enough for my trip, most important is clean and safe and have almost what you want for your trip, a bit noisy at night as it is in the center of the Old Quarter but it will fine for sleeping time. It is so funny there specially for young people.

The best location if you want to go out in beer street, as it is right next to it, but not too close so you can hear the music in your room at night. The staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need, whether it's booking a taxi, travel tours, or even giving exotic food recommendations :)

Very nice host, she helped me plan my first week in Vietnam with beautiful tours and trips. Location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the centre of Old Quarter which is the place to be.

Staff were extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. Location was great and for a reasonable price. Showers & Wi-Fi work well too, I would strongly recommend

Nice hotel in the heart of the city center. Lee was very helpful and cooperative. My boyfriend and I loved to stay at Hanoi discovery.
