It is great stay in this hotel. staff is perfect, Mrs. Nancy there are willing to give you the answer for any questions you want. I book Halong bay one day with her, it can be said cheapest in my group and it is fantastic. The room is good with the price I paid, enough for my trip, most important is clean and safe and have almost what you want for your trip, a bit noisy at night as it is in the center of the Old Quarter but it will fine for sleeping time. It is so funny there specially for young people.

The best location if you want to go out in beer street, as it is right next to it, but not too close so you can hear the music in your room at night. The staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need, whether it's booking a taxi, travel tours, or even giving exotic food recommendations :)
